Rone Martin

Mr. Rone Wallace â??Wallyâ?? Martin, 71, of Ballengee, died Monday, April 28, 2008 at the Raleigh General Hospital at Beckley, following a short illness. Born March 30, 1937 at Ballengee, he was the son of the late Lewis and Ester Jane Pyatt Martin. Mr. Martin was a retired steelworker and farmer and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Preceded in death by two sisters, Rosie Mann and Wanda Martin. Survived by two brothers; Eugene Martin of West Grove, PA and Daniel Martin of Lindside, one sister; Geraldine Davis of Columbus, OH, two nephews; James â??J. R.â?? Davis of Hilliard OH and Fred Davis of Marysville, OH, one niece, Crystal Davis of Columbus, OH. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Sam Haught officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Ballengee. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from noon until 2:00 P.M. on Friday.
