Ronnie Ward

Ronnie Lee Ward Sr., 46, of Hinton died at 3:31 P.M. September 21, 2008 at the Summers Co. Appalachian Regional Hospital following a sudden illness. Born February 13, 1962, in Summers Co. he was a son of Claude Ward of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Margie Bragg of Hinton and his step father Junior Bragg of Tug Creek. A member of the Old Country Church, an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing and a former die setter for Barron and Benson Corp. Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Effie Gill and his paternal grandparents, Oat and Icie Ward. Besides his parents he is survived by his wife, Bonnie J. Ward of Hinton; two daughters, Regina Gayle Ward Teabo and husband Jason of Willow Wood and Beverly Ward of Hinton; two sons, Ronnie Ward Jr. and wife Bonnie Sue of Hinton and Joseph Ward of Hinton; four grandchildren, Jason Teabo Jr., Stephanie Teabo, Ronnie Handy and Michael Ward; one half brother, Bruce Ward of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; one half sister, Julie Ward of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; one step brother, Robert Mitchem of Bluefield and one step sister, Jessica Mitchem of Hinton. Graveside service and burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at the Upland Cemetery with Rev. Ray Martin officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until time to depart for the cemetery on Wednesday. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
