Ruby Erma Parker, 71, of 417 Temple St. Hinton, died Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Hinton. Born February 16, 1935, at Athens, WV she was a daughter of the late Claude Masten and Mazie Sue Weiss Trivett. A homemaker and a member of the Central Baptist Church of Amelia, OH and was active in the affairs of the Church. Ruby had returned to Hinton in the past six months. Ruby was a caring and honest person who was always willing to help others. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by anyone that had ever met her. She will live in our hearts forever. Ruby is now reunited with her husband Joseph Henry Parker and together they will look down and watch over us. Survived by one son, Danny Neely of Charlotte, NC; three daughters, Joann Mann and husband Ricky of Liberty, KY, Janet Fraley and husband John of Amelia, OH and Lynn Parker-Meadows and husband Cliff of Hinton; four grandchildren, Miracle Jolee Parker, Victoria Elisa Vargas, Johnny Wayne Fraley and Ashley Shae Fraley; three sisters, Juanita Arnold of Chicago, IL, Nora Keaton and Husband Ray of Lerona, and Berta Mae Hunsecker of Hinton; three brothers, Mark Trivett and wife Judy of Pulaski, VA, Jim Trivett and wife Sharon and Bill Trivett of Hilldale and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Saturday, December 9, 2006 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Rev. Charles Shrewsbury officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. Friends may call at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors from 10:00 A.M. until time of service on Saturday. Robert Packai, Petie Wheeler, Ron Thayer, Cliff Meadows, Danny Neely and John Fraley will serve as pallbearers.
