Scott Glen Blunt, 42, of Hinton formerly of Baltimore, MD died Saturday, March 05, 2011 at Summers Co. ARH following injuries from an automobile accident.
Born August 8, 1968 at Baltimore, MD he was a son of Ronald and Sherry Cumor Blunt of Baltimore, MD. Scott was a disabled Autobody Repair Technician, well known handyman who enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his sons. He was well loved by everyone and was always willing to help his friends any time he could.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Margaret Blunt.
Besides his parents those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 11 years, Rebecca Lynn Blunt of Hinton; two sons, Jacob Nathaniel Blunt and Michael Christopher Harvey both of Hinton; one brother, Gary A. Blunt of Baltimore, MD; maternal grandparents, William and Loraine Cumor of Baltimore, MD; loving mother-in-law, Elizabeth Niswander of Hinton and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2011 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Brother Shane Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Upland Cemetery near Hinton. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral parlors.
Bobby Joe Parker,Jeremy Grant,Joseph Pollutra, Benwood Kesner, Nando Torres and Joey Pollutra will serve as pallbearers.
