Shirley Day

Shirley Anne Day, 58, of Hinton passed away Friday August 21, 2020 following a sudden illness.

Born May 19, 1962 at St. Petersburg, FL she was a daughter of the late Jack C. Young and Carol Fox Young Gill.  Shirley was a homemaker who enjoyed puzzles, playing cards, and attending services at Lifeline Church in Hinton.

Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Christopher L. Young and Mark C. Farley; four grandchildren, Brandon Isaac, Patrick Daw, Emil Thomas, and Mariah Mildred Young; four siblings, Debra L. Mills, Mildred Sue Harrison, Barbara J. McPherson and Richard Dean Young and a special niece Amey Suzanne Gill and her children Sierra Mack, Matthew Lilly and Sky Gill.

At her request, her body has been cremated and donations of sympathy may be made to the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors to help the family with funeral expenses.
