Shirley Jane Keaton Ball

Shirley Jane Keaton Ball, 86, of Hinton passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at Main Street Care following a long illness.

 Born February 4, 1938 in Hinton, she was a daughter of Opie and Charlene Lilly Keaton.

 Shirley was a graduate of Hinton High School. She was a lifelong resident of Hinton. Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. 

 She was preceded in death by one sister, Gloria Thompson. 

 Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 69 years, Sammy Ball; one son, Junior Ball and wife Sandra of Hinton; two grandsons, Brian Ball and Jeff Ball and wife Seanna and three great grandchildren, Chloe, Taylymn and Kohen Ball.

 Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 4, 2025 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Gary Trout officiating. Burial will follow in the Meador Family Cemetery at Madams Creek. Friends may call from noon until time of services at the funeral parlors. 

 Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jeff and Brian Ball and nephews, Greg, Rodney, Todd and Steve Mounts.
