Stella Lilly

Stella Cleo Worley Lilly, 96 of Beckley, formerly of Ellison, died at 4:20 A.M. Thursday, October 11, 2007 at the Pinecrest Nursing Home, following a long illness. Born August 18, 1911 at Dunns, she was the daughter of the late Logan and Dosie Pettrey Lilly and had lived all of her life in Summers and Raleigh Counties. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her first husband, Lacy Virgil Worley and her second husband, Kennet Lilly; seven sons, Virgil, Kenneth, Eugene, Floyd, Dillard, Roy D. and David Worley; one infant daughter, Della Maude Worley; several step children, three grandchildren, Danny, Jeff, and Phillip Worley and several brothers and sisters. Survived by; three sons, Lewis â??Rubenâ?? Worley of FL, Leland Worley of FL and Dale Worley of CO. and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday, October 14, 2007 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Grayson Lilly officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery at Beckley. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. till time of service on Sunday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors. Family will serve as pallbearers.
