Theressa ?Terri? Thompson, 52, of Parsons, died Monday, February 14, 2011 at Davis Memorial Hospital following a long illness.
Born October 8, 1958 at Tazewell, VA she was a daughter of William Clinton Asbury of VA and the late Larue Frances Clark Asbury.
Active in supporting the Disabled American Veterans Association she enjoyed hiking, fishing and spending time with her children.
Besides her father she is survived by two sons, B.J. Meadows and wife Starr of Talcott and Brian Meadows of Talcott; three grandchildren, Taylor, Jayden and Josh; two stepchildren, Shay and Canan; three brothers, Robert, Jimmy and David Asbury all of VA; one sister, Barbara Davis of VA and numerous loving friends and family.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel.
