Troy Humphries

Troy D. Humphries, 39, of Beckley, formerly of Hinton, died 11:11 P.M., Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Charleston Area Medical Center General Division following a short illness.
Born October 20, 1972 in Hinton, he was the son of the late David Lee ?Nubby? Humphries and the late Mary Linda Adkins Humphries and had lived the early part of his life in Hinton. He had been a resident of Beckley for the past two years.
Survived by, one son Troy ?T.J.? Humphries Jr., with the U.S. Air Force in Nebraska; one daughter, Harley Humphries of Lexington, NC; one granddaughter, Naomi Humphries of Lexington, NC; one brother, David L. Humphries Jr. and wife Cheryl of Blue Ridge, VA; one niece and one nephew also survive.
Graveside Services and Burial will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday at the Upland Cemetery near Hinton, with Pastor Lawrence Bennett officiating. Friends may call at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel from 10-11 A.M. Friday. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
