Tyler Lee “Bubba” Ward, 27, of Nimitz went home to be with the Lord Monday, December 2, 2024 at his home following a short illness.
Born May 29, 1997 at Beckley he was a son of Scott and Jennifer Bennett Bradberry of Nimitz.
Tyler was an underground coal miner for Kanawha Eagle Corporation.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
Tyler was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Caney and Ruth Bennett and paternal grandfather, Jimmy Bradberry.
Besides his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Brooklyn Kincaid Ward; one brother, Hunter Bradberry and fiancé Juana Willey; one sister, Emily Bradberry Mattis and Jeremy Mattis; maternal grandparents, Roger and Shelda Bennett and Eric and Paula Cawley; paternal grandmother, Doris Bradberry; special aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved dearly including special cousins, Jason and Maddie Grose, Jeremy Grose and Kristen and Michael Adkins; mother and father in law, Margie and Dale Marcum; special brother in law, Ryder Marcum and his best canine friend, Brutus.
Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Lilly-Crews Cemetery at Nimitz. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral parlors.
Jason Grose, Michael Adkins, Eric Yancey, Dale Pettry, Hunter Bradberry and Hunter Adkins will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Richmond, Dr. Nathan Richmond, Jason Crook, Brian Crook, Jackie Crook and Roger Bennett.
