Zachary Meadows

Zachary Adam Meadows, 39, of Hilldale entered into heaven Friday, February 28, 2020 at his home following a long illness.

Born October 14, 1980 at Hinton he was a son of Tommy R. and Anita L. Hoke Meadows of Hilldale.

Zachary was a former CNA at Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was a kind hearted, loving caregiver who enjoyed nursing the sick and injured back to health. He loved the outdoors and would even tend to wildlife and injured birds.

Zachary was preceded in death by two brothers, Jeffrey Meadows and Gregory Meadows; paternal grandparents, Theodore E. Meadows and Alpha Hoke and maternal grandparents, Madeline and Hugh Huff.

Besides his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his siblings, Sandra Burns and husband Richard of TX, Tommy R. “Sonny” Meadows of Hilldale, Regina Davis and husband C.W. of NC, Michael C. Meadows Sr. and wife Gail of Hilldale, Lorry Richmond and companion Squeekie of Hilldale, Lisa Smith and husband Randy of Hilldale, Jason K. Meadows of Barger Springs and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and burial will be 12:30 P.M. Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Meadows Family Cemetery across from Mt. Pisgah Church in Hilldale with Pastor Dana Stalnaker officiating. Friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery and there will be no visitation. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy may be made to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
